COACHES

"I was first introduced into the fitness industry in college. After being a high school athlete, I needed something to keep up my physical health after I hung up my softball cleats. I took some time off from the fitness realm after college, but then in 2016, I worked towards and earned my CPT through NASM. Three years later I opened my own gym with my family and worked hard at operating the facility and also being the head trainer, while also training for Bikini Bodybuilding competitions. In 2019, I was approached by the Richmond Generals Tier III Junior Hockey
organization and became their Strength & Conditioning Coach. I stayed with the organization through 4 seasons and grew my knowledge of the sport and how the athlete’s body must be trained in order to perform at their best. During my time with the Richmond Generals, I trained with the team 3-5 day per week and one-on-one with some athletes, aiding them in their goals of developing as players to move forward to both NCAA D3, ACHA D1, and ACHA D2 college teams. I also trained the Richmond Generals Elite team to their National Championship titles in
both 2019-2020 and 2021-2022 seasons. After relocating to Northern Virginia in April of 2023, I searched for a new place to call home to help train young athletes and help create a positive environment for them to feel like they can reach their full potential on and off the ice. I am excited and honored to be a part of All-In Performance."
